Introductory Massage SessionThis two hour appointment is for first-time clients. We will begin the session with an assessment and health history interview, then provide massage treatment for up to 90 minutes. The appointment also includes a brief self-care consultation, as time allows. The type of treatment administered depends entirely on the client’s needs.

Deep Tissue MassageThis customized treatment is focused on specific areas of injury or discomfort and intended to release pain and tension from the deeper muscle tissues. Techniques employed may include precision neuromuscular release and trigger point therapy, muscle stripping, static pressure, passive/active stretching, and some 'old school' massage methods as appropriate. Treatment may be performed seated, in a massage chair, or in a variety of positions on the massage table as the client's comfort dictates. Longer sessions are recommended for people who need treatment in multiple areas of the body and/or more intense therapy; the 30 min session should only be used for a specific issue in small muscle groups.

Swedish MassageThis experience is more like a standard 'spa' massage; with less focus on deep knots and more attention to large muscle groups, this treatment will increase circulation and reduce stress throughout the body. Longer sessions allow more time to work on hands, feet, and/or head and neck.

90 min $90 120 min $120 Prenatal MassageThis treatment is specifically for women who are or may be pregnant. Special care is taken to ensure the client is comfortably positioned throughout the session; depending on her progression, certain positions and techniques will be avoided entirely. A combination of relaxing and releasing massage methods will reduce pain and stress to promote physical, mental, and emotional health.

Chair MassageThis treatment is administered while the client is comfortably seated in the massage chair and clothed; ideal for clients who don’t have time for a longer appointment or are uncomfortable on the massage table; great for work on the shoulders, back, neck, and hips, but less ideal for work on the extremities.
